I moved from the DFW area in July 2017 and was searching for a nice climate-controlled storage facility,  in the Brownwood area, similar to the Class A facility I stored at in Dallas, for over 10 years.  I was so happy to learn that there were a couple of options meeting my requirements.  After touring the properties, I decided on this facility, and I have been so relieved to find that I didn’t compromise on anything.  It’s exactly what I was looking for.  The property is very well maintained, and the owners have taken extra measures to offer a secure facility with space to accommodate all of your storage needs.  The staff has been exceptional, flexible and very accommodating!   -Julie Johnson
